Thai Hot noodles without soup (Kuai-Tiao Heang) 

Apart from rice, noodle is one the main food for Thai people. You can easily find a place to have noodles everywhere in Thailand whether street food or proper restaurant. Generally, noodle restaurants have many choice menus so you can order different types of noodles and different soups and also without soup. Many people like to have noodles without soup for many reasons such as soup making noodles too hot and taking time to finish or soup makes more massy than without. But as for me, I like noodles without soup because I can enjoy my noodles on the sofa, and was my favorite film.

Ingredients


Dry Noodles.



Dry noodles I brought it from an Asian shop inside the package it’s ready separate the potions and use 1-2


Vegetables can be green beans, beans sprout, or slice of cabbage. 

Meat. In the recipe, I used slices of pork and pork meatballs, it’s optional you can choose the choice of meat that you like or tofu if you are vegetarian.



Garnish spring onions, coriander, and fried garlic.






Noodle sauce ingredients

For noodles dressing sauce.

  • Soy sauce 4 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Maggi sauce or green cap soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Water 120 ml



Prep Time: 10 minutes.

Cook Time: 10 minutes.

How to make Hot noodles without soup (Kuai-Tiao Heang)

  • First prepare the noodles dressing sauce add all the sauce into the sauce pan the bring it to boil for 3-5 minutes.

Hoe to make Noodles without soup 

  • In boiling water add slice of pork, meat ball and cabbage or (your choice of vegetables) when it cook leave it aside.
  • In the same boil water cooked the noodles about 4-5 minutes.
  • Place the cooked noodles in a bowl then add the noodles dressing sauce about 3-4 Tbsp and mix it until the sauce coated the noodles.
  • Then add all the meat and vegetables and garnish with fried garlic, coriander, and spring onion.

You can also add more flavor by using sugar, vinegar, fish sauce, and chili flakes into your noodles just before having them. Thai people have noodle as a main dish normally for lunch or dinner it’s a quick and easy one dishes meal.
