Pad See-Ew is one of the most popular common dishes in Thai street food. It's a quick and delicious stir-fried made from few simple ingredients.

Pad See-Ew is one of my all-time favourite Thai stir fried noodle! And best of all it could be done in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Rice noodles - Some in warm water for 10-15 minutes.
Vegetables - Chopped into small pieces.
Garlic - I crushed the whole garlic with knife and chopped it into small pieces.
Oyster sauce - Add sweet and savory umami flavor.
Dark soy sauce - Thus gives the noodle darker colour that’s missing from regular soy sauce.
Soy sauce - Give a salty test to the dish.
