Bake Chicken thighs in Asian sauce is the easiest and mast flavourful chicken dinner. It’s really is as simple as mixing ingredients for the sauce, pouring it over the chicken and baking all together.

Asian style Bake Chicken thighs Ingredients 


Ingredients 

  •  8 pieces Chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves Garlic (pressed)
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 6-7 stalks Coriander 
  • 2 tbs Oyster sauce 
  • 2 tbs Soy sauce
  • 1 heap tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbs Cooking oil

Prep time : 10 minutes

Cook time : 50 minutes 

Additional time : 60 minutes 



How to make make Asian style bake chicken thighs.

  • Preheat the oven 220 C 
  • chopping garlic, ginger and coriander into small pieces. And whisk all ingredients for the sauce in small mixing bowl and pour it over the chicken thighs. Move chicken around and massage the chicken thighs to make sauce absorbed.
Marinated the chicken thighs.

  • Leave the chicken thighs to marinated in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, place the chicken thighs skin down on baking try Bake for 20 minutes and turn the chicken thighs around. Bake another 20 minutes and turn it back over. Bake 5-10 minutes until the skin nice and crispy.

I’m a big fan of the chicken thighs because i love the crispy skin and juicy meat.

This Asian style bake chicken thighs is perfect over something that can soak up and i prefer to serve it with rice and a bit of vegetables like cucumber.
